Drivers beware - your commute could be killing you

A recent study published in The American Journal for Preventive Medicine, which included more than 4,200 commuters in Texas, showed a correlation between the length of one's car commute and the status of cardiovascular health, among other health factors. They found that, on average, the longer one's car commute, the less healthy the driver.

In short - your long commutes could be killing you.
